Shipping Methods and Costs 

U.S. Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping is available for orders of $39 or more after discounts. Orders below $39 have a $7 standard shipping charge. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii costs $70 regardless of order value. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping.

Where Orders Ship From

We have two main warehouses in the United States, in California and New Jersey. Some customized products and handcrafted items ship directly from our suppliers.

Order Processing

In-stock orders placed on business days are processed within 24–48 hours. Weekends and public holidays are excluded; processing resumes on the next business day. Out-of-stock and preorder items typically require an additional week.

Delivery Estimates

Transit time depends on your delivery address and the carrier handling your shipment. Delivery may take approximately 15 days. Processing time is separate from transit time, and out-of-stock or preorder items may take longer overall.
