30-Day Return and Refund Requests

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item. Items that have been opened but not used are eligible for return.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you return an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive the wrong item, you may choose a refund or a replacement. Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a video so we can help.

How to Request a Return

Email aitenee25@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide return instructions and the return address where applicable.

Refund Processing

After we process your refund, please allow 3–7 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
