Shipping

How much does U.S. shipping cost?

Orders of $39 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $39 have a $7 shipping charge. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii costs $70 regardless of order value. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping. See our shipping policy.

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders placed on business days are processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Out-of-stock and preorder items typically require an additional week.

Where does my order ship from?

Our main U.S. warehouses are in California and New Jersey. Some customized products and handcrafted items ship directly from suppliers.

How long does delivery take?

Transit time depends on your address and carrier and may take approximately 15 days. Processing time is additional.

How can I track my order?

Returns

Can I return an opened item?

Opened but unused items can be returned. Request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the item. Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Who pays for return shipping?

You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may choose a refund or replacement. See our return and refund policy.
